The Coalition for Healthy School Food recently visited the ÀϾÅÆ·²è to share the district’s pasta fagioli recipe with its members. LCSD Director of Food Service Annette Marchbanks is on the advisory board for the organization, and welcomed them to ÀϾÅÆ·²èHigh School and ÀϾÅÆ·²èElementary.
The Coalition for Healthy School Food produced two videos from their visit – the first features LHS Cook I Kerry Truax walking viewers threw the pasta fagioli recipe, while the second features elementary students taste testing the recipe and providing feedback.
